Production Process & Dispatch Time
– All products are printed in the United States with great pride. Orders are printed and shipped Monday through Saturday. Some items may transport individually.
Estimated Ship Times Do Not Include Time for Handling
– Since all of our products are made to order and printed on demand, they must undergo a production process and, consequently, have a Handling Time.
– Typically, most products ship within 7-10 days. Licensed Products Ship Typically Within 7 to 15 Days – Please note that during holidays (Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) the shipping time may be extended by three to five days.

97.66% of our orders ship within five business days. More than fifty percent of our orders are dispatched within three business days. Speed and cost depend on the type and destination of the product. Due to the potential for confusion, we’ve created these tables to assist you.
Do you accept international orders?
– Indeed, we do. On our website, you can use your local credit card to make purchases.
Can I modify my order’s destination country or shipping address within the same country, province, or city?
Yes, we can receive modification requests prior to the start of production.
Please be advised that orders that have already been packaged or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
How will I know when my order ships?
– Once your order is ready to be delivered, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. For print-on-demand products, such as customized blankets, this typically occurs between 5 and 7 business days after the order was placed.
Within 48 hours of obtaining the email, the respective shipping partner would update the tracking information.
My tracking information has not yet been updated, despite my receipt of the tracking number. Why?
As stated previously, the tracking information is updated within one to two days of obtaining the email with the tracking number. For domestic orders, this is typically seven days after order processing.
– For international orders, tracking information may not be updated for up to 10 days after order processing.
– If after 7 days (for US orders) or 10 days (for international orders) your tracking information has not been updated, please contact us. We would be delighted to assist you.
Will there be any delays in the dispatch of my order?
We endeavor to exceed the expectations of our customers. Therefore, we have made the necessary arrangements to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, there may be some delays in order fulfillment due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). Here are some potential causes of delays:
High order volume during US and international holidays, particularly during peak seasons, may cause production delays.
International Orders – Although we can guarantee prompt production and shipping from our end, we have no control over local government regulations. If your order is subject to customs procedures, it may experience a minor delay, which can lengthen the time required to fulfill it.
How much will shipping to my location cost?
— Secure Checkout provides information on shipping costs to your location. After navigating to Secure Checkout, you can input your delivery address and proceed to Shipping Method. The shipping cost will be reflected in your cart and added to the subtotal automatically.
Will my purchase incur customs or duty fees?
If your shipping address is outside the United States, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. Nonetheless, these are not included in the price when you purchase from us. It is the buyer’s obligation to contact their country’s customs office and obtain clarification on these possible additional fees that may be incurred when receiving the shipment.
What should I do if my delivery has not arrived?
– We always dispatch all orders on priority so that they arrive on time, including print-on-demand items such as custom blankets. However, we encourage you to place your orders at least 30 days in advance of the gift-giving occasion, whether it be for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or another holiday.
– If your order has not arrived on time, please contact your local post office. In the majority of instances, the cargo is sitting due to missed deliveries.
