Shipping Policy

Production: Processing Time: 2 to 3 days* (during typical seasons) depending on your order (please read the product description); during peak holiday seasons, processing times may be longer.

Although we will make a fair attempt to meet the shipping and delivery dates mentioned above, we will not be held responsible for any shipment delays.

Order shifts

Your order cannot be changed or canceled after it has been confirmed. Once you have received a product, you must begin the return process if you desire to send it back.

Nothing was received

If your order was correctly placed, but you haven’t gotten it yet even though the tracking information indicates delivery. Since we have no control over an item once it is bagged (once it is in the carrier’s possession), you should get in touch with them to locate your bags. Return & Refund Policy

Please adhere to the guidelines listed below within three days of delivery if you desire to return an item to Bestcookwareset. Place the items in the original packaging that was provided for the product. All goods must be returned in good condition. Please get in touch with customer service if the products you received are defective.

Shipments must be sent out in advance using a traceable method, such as insured mail or USPS.

Please be aware that customers must pay a fee to return things to us. Other fees, such as shipping and handling, are not reimbursed. We are unable to accept cash for deliveries. For your return to be handled successfully, you should provide a valid tracking number on the return form.
While special or customized products can only be returned for change, regular products are frequently returned for a refund, replacement, or credit hold.

If a refund is necessary, it will be given within 7 days.
