Your Order Cancellation Rights You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. Warranty Returns Goods sold in Best Cookware Set are under warranty to be free from defects in materials ad workmanship while under normal use. This warranty does not cover damaged caused by accident or misuse, scratching, staining, abuse, institution or commercial use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which may vary from state to state. Best Cookware Set will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Chef’s Kiss to process your warranty claim within 7 days. To Obtain Warranty Service You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. Warranty Process Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of: · refund to your payment method · a refund in store credit · a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available) Conditions for Returns For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: · The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days · The Goods are in the original packaging The following Goods cannot be returned, if they are: · Made to your specifications or clearly personalized. · Not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. · Due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. · After delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. · Damaged caused by an accident or misuse, scratching, staining, abuse, institution or commercial use. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Gifts If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, we will send the refund to the gift giver. Change Of Delivery Address For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. P.O. Box Shipping Chef’s Kiss will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations. Military Address Shipping We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services. Items Out of Stock If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order. Delivery Time Exceeded If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation Tracking Notifications Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Parcels Damaged in Transit If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps. Duties & Taxes Sales Tax. Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. Import Duties & Taxes Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country Cancellations If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. Insurance Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier. Process for parcel damaged in-transit We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
